公司没买新的服务器，哎，系统日志老是报警：

或者

给出 SQL2005 内存管理，如果有解决办法，感激不尽。

系统内存小，楼上说得有道理，但即使扩大虚拟内存，恐怕也是会存在其他问题的。

问问题总是不清不楚。请说明系统硬件配置，及os，sql server版本号！！

我在我的系统里见过这个错误提示不下4次，但是每次引发的原因都不同。

1、微软在sp2版本会有这个bug，升级为9.0.3215可能会弥补这个问题。其微软的网站一搜就能发现。

2、大sql缺少索引，如果都是表扫描，多个这种sql并发运行不久，就会发生这个错误。建索引可以解决。

3、如果你建了外键关系，一个表被外键引用数超过阀值会报这个错误。这个目前没解。只有减少外键引用数，或者不建外键。

4、如果你的sql2005没有打补丁，只是裸奔的9.0.1399，统计值会因为不能及时更新（bug）导致产生sql plan出错。也会报这个错误。解决方法：打补丁。

5、你的硬件系统真的不行。

请确定你的系统没有前4种情况，再考虑增加硬件吧。

同意5楼，这个是微软的BUG问题，这类问题通常伴随701，8623错误，打SP2的CUX(这个X是数字，我忘了是几了，目前最大是10)可以解决掉。

如果楼主的环境非常频繁的遇到这个问题，楼主就需要考虑打下补丁，如果偶尔，那么先缓下，SP3的补丁马上就要出来了，是个累计补丁

直接打它就好了。
